KOKO PLUS offers a cozy and functional space for meetings, workshops, and events, just a 2-minute walk from Nishi-Ogikubo Station. Our 46㎡ space includes Wi-Fi, power outlets, a multifunction printer, a whiteboard, and large stationery items. Elevator access is available.

- Café Operation: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Rental during café hours: Minimum 5 hours (except mornings until 12:30 – short slots available)

Cancellation Policy
- 8 days or more before: No charge
- 7–3 days before: 50% of total fee
- 2 days before or same day: 100% of total fee
- * No fee in case of natural disasters or official government restrictions
